Made entirely in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the minerality of the wine, this Dry Riesling retains a zingy vibrant acidity. Pale yellow in color, hints of honey apricot and starfruit abound from the glass with a nice minerality. An excellent sipping wine, the crisp acidity in this Dry Riesling means it pairs wonderfully with seafood, Asian cuisines, barbecue, and spicier dishes.

Production Notes
This Riesling is fermented cool (62 F) to accentuate the flowery, perfumed aromas of the varietal. The vineyard and age of the vines showcase the "minerality". This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, does not undergo malo-lactic secondary fermentation, and is bottled early to retain a vibrant acidity.
Food Pairing Notes
The bright acidity and soft hint of sweetness in this Dry Riesling make it a classic pairing with a wide variety of Asian cuisines and spicier foods such as sushi, curries, Thai foods, barbecue, and more! This wine will leave you craving a cheese plate and a platter of fish tacos!

My new favorite white. I am historically not a riesling fan but Suhru has composed a delicious crisp sipper which will undoubtedly make many other fans.

An outstanding expression of younger Dry Reisling’s potential that is drinking well now. This wine competes very favorably with today’s best Dry Reislings (domestic or imported) at a price point representing a head-turning value. Sufficiently rounded to pair with cheeses and dry enough for fish as well. Highly recommended.
