In this engaging class, explore the art of assembling the perfect cheese and charcuterie board! From selecting the finest cheeses & cured meats, to mastering the art of pairing flavors and textures, participants immerse themselves in the sensory delights of creating a visually stunning and palate-pleasing board through hands-on demonstrations and expert guidance.

With a focus on creativity and personal expression, this class promises to inspire both novice enthusiasts and seasoned gourmands alike. This is a 90 minute course for guests 21+ over, and we ask that pups stay at home.

Wine & Chocolate Pairing

Linda Johnson, the Chocolate Curator for Chocology, has perfected the art of pairing exquisite chocolates with our wines. Prepare to be amazed by the tantalizing and unexpected flavors that arise as you indulge in this unique combination. Your taste buds are in for a treat!

Per person ticket price includes a curated pairing of three (3) Suhru & Lieb wines and three (3) chocolates. The guided tasting will last approximately 90 minutes, guests must be 21+ over, and we ask that pups stay at home.

Attention Wine Club Members—meet us at the Clubhouse! The Suhru Tasting House will be open exclusively to Wine Club members from 4-8pm on Friday, August 16th for the second of our Summer Clubhouse events!

We invite you to join us for exclusively Members Only Wines, Library vintages and a selection of food specials. Reservations Strongly Recommended!

In this somm-guided class we will delve into the effervescent world of bubbly wines, exploring the diverse styles and regional variations that define sparkling wines worldwide. From the crisp elegance of Traditional Method (aka Champenoise) to the more laid-back style of carbonated bubbly, participants uncover the unique production methods and grape varietals behind each type. Through tastings and discussion, we will gain an appreciation for the nuanced flavors and aromas that characterize each unique sparkling wine. By the end of the course tasting, students develop a refined palate and a deeper understanding of the cultural and historical significance of these celebratory libations.
