Shannon’s wine journey began on her 21st birthday, which she celebrated exploring Long Island Wine Country. She spent the day laughing amongst the vineyards, absorbing the wealth of knowledge that poured out of the tasting houses, and ultimately discovering an industry that she loved!

At the time, she was completing a BFA in Dance. After completing her degree she pursued a career in dance, performing throughout New York and New Jersey for a number of years until an unexpected injury cut her performance career short. Fast forward to June of 2022, when she joined the team at Suhru Wines.

Shannon is excited for this next step in her wine education journey! When she’s not at the Tasting House or enjoying a bottle of wine, she can be found spending time with her beloved pup Marlow and relaxing at the beach.
