This lesser known Northern Italian varietal (best known as the nephew of an old French variety that was the parent of Syrah) is a rarity on the North Fork. This unique red wine has fruit red fruit aromas of and bright acidity on the finish, making it an extremely food friendly wine.

Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak barrels, our Merlot shows a deep garnet color and an enticing nose of mulberry, pine, and cocoa powder. The palate is rich with plum, black cherry and cedar that comes through a smooth, supple mouth-feel, finished with soft, round tannins. While delicious to drink now, it will age well for many years to come.
The North Forks shining varietal, Cabernet Franc has been steadily gaining popularity over the last few years on the East End and you don't have to look very hard to see why.
With violets, raspberry, sweet tobacco and black pepper on the nose, this Cabernet Franc displays juicy blackberry and currant nuances, which carry the wine into its dry, peppery finish. Cabernet Franc is quickly becoming a signature varietal of the North Fork of Long Island, and this wine is a standout among its neighbors. Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak.
This limited release 2021 Petit Verdot is the first of this varietal under the Suhru label. Made only in the best of conditions, Petit Verdot is a grape to be savored, enjoyed, and celebrated!
Deep cherry red with some rim variation, this Bordeaux blend exhibits a bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, smoke, dark chocolate, and umami. Aged 16 months in Hungarian oak barrels to exhibit a concentration of lush fruit, hints of earth, and a smooth, complex finish. Cellar worthy up to 15 years.
Produced in very limited quantities and only a few times per decade, this rare red is rich, grippy and complex with flavors of blackberry, clove and sweet tobacco. Best when tasted with aged or smoked cheeses. Aged 10 months in Hungarian oak. Cellar for up to 10 years.
