Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with notes of lemongrass, rose petals, and sugared lemon peels. After a finish of star fruit and green apple, there is a touch of sea spray.

Stainless steel fermented, accentuating the minerality of the wine, this Dry Riesling retains a zingy bright acidity and pairs beautifully with seafood, Asian cuisines, barbecue, & spicier dishes. 

Light golden hue subtle aromas of pear and baked apple quickly develop into lush nutty lees characters. The palate is rich with creamy apples and a touch of vanilla. This wine is partially barrel fermented which adds structure without masking the fruit.
