We invite you to join us Saturday, July 23rd for a special oysters popup at the Tasting House! Come join us for oysters on the half shell and a glass of wine! Southold Bay Oysters will be at the Tasting House shucking Long Island's finest Southold Shindig Oysters from 1-5pm! 

The complete Suhru menu will be available in addition to freshly shucked oysters—$16 for a half dozen and $34 for a baker’s dozen!

Featured Local Business: Southold Bay Oysters

A shellfish farm growing Southold Shindig Oysters in the waters of Southold Bay, on the North Fork of Long Island, NY. Southold Shindigs are Eastern Oysters (Crassostrea Virginica) or Atlantic Oysters.  They are “true oysters” native to the eastern seaboard of North America. Southold Shindigs are grown in deep water in the center of Southold Bay.  Their taste profile begins with a burst of brinines that quickly transitions to a smooth vignette with a hint of sweetness and mineral finish.

Freshly shucked oysters and the full Suhru Wines menu will be available at the Tasting House from 1-5pm. Reservations Strongly Recommended
