Celebrate National Rosé Day weekend with a deep dive into Rosé! We get it… the Rosé All Day bubble has burst. But, rosé is so much more than a wall of pretty pink bottles at the wine shop - we want you to find your Forever Rosé! In this class, we leave the trendiness to the TikTokers and explore the versatility of rosé. Rosé in winter? Why not! Rosé with dinner? Go for it! A Sparkling Rosé toast on New Year's Eve? We are here for it! We'll taste a range of rosé styles and examine how they are impacted by grape varietal and length of skin contact prior to fermentation. Vive la Rosé!
In this 90 minute class we will taste 6+ different styles of Rosé, paired with light bites and dive into the vast variability in style and flavor profiles found in rosé wines.

Meet Beth Santosuosso
Beth's love of wine started here on the North Fork after tasting the phenomenal 2010 vintage and developing a desire to learn more about the wine making process and business. She holds a WSET Level III Certification, Passed With Merit from the International Wine Center in NYC. In addition to her time spent on the North Fork and in the Finger Lakes, she has traveled extensively to wine regions across the United States, France, Australia, and Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Connecticut and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University. Her time is split between Riverhead and Queens and has been working with Suhru since 2019.
