Anyone can tell you a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio goes well with seafood, but you know what it pairs best with? Hot Gossip! In the fun, lighthearted and educational comparative tasting class we will dive into the different styles of Pinot Grigio and the concept of “Gossip Pairing”.
In this 90 minute class we will taste 6+ wines in a variety of styles of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris along with light bites and dive into the joy of sharing wine with friends and family and how to pair wines based on the social situation and occasions.

Meet Beth Santosuosso
Beth's love of wine started here on the North Fork after tasting the phenomenal 2010 vintage and developing a desire to learn more about the wine making process and business. She holds a WSET Level III Certification, Passed With Merit from the International Wine Center in NYC. In addition to her time spent on the North Fork and in the Finger Lakes, she has traveled extensively to wine regions across the United States, France, Australia, and Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Connecticut and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University. Her time is split between Riverhead and Queens and has been working with Suhru since 2019.
