Tasting Notes
This beautiful and robust red wine has hints of raspberry and wild berries on the palate giving way to soft, subtle lingering tannins with hints of cardamom on the finish. A delicious sipper this bold red displays soft tannins.

A moderately warm summer with below average rainfall.
Production Notes
The fruit spent 3 weeks in contact with skins using the punchdown method to extract color and tannins. The blend is comprised of 85% Cabernet Franc, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, & 2% Petit Verdot fermented and aged separately and blended before bottling. The wine was aged for 18 months in medium plus toast Hungarian Oak.
