2010 Suhru Dry Riesling
Suhru Riesling has a pleasant, zingy mid-palate. The mineral/flinty character is intermingled with orange peel and citrus notes and finishes with crisp acidity. It is a perfect complement to shellfish and seafood.
2010 Suhru Pinot Grigio
Pale straw yellow in color, with a flowery fragrance, hints of grapefruit and pear are apparent in the aroma. Firm acidity gives the wine a mouth-watering appeal. Suhru Pinot Grigio has a pleasant mid-palate balance with a clean refreshing finish.
2008 Suhru Shiraz Rosé
Vibrant light red in color makes for a very pretty glass of wine. Pink grapefruit, Bing cherry and floral aromas abound from this wine with hints of rose petal in the background. Grapefruit is also very apparent on the palate with a little honeydew melon flavor towards the finish. Its zingy acidity gives this wine a mouth cleansing, fresh finish.
2008 Suhru Red
Deep, dark, almost inky magenta in color. Dark stone fruit gush from the glass. Black cherry, dark plums, blackberry and some blueberry jam. Lush mouth filling mid palate of soft supple tannins, with a hint of spicy flavors peeking through from the Petit Verdot and Shiraz. Fine tannins frame the 2007 Suhru Red in a long, lingering finish.
